We want you to feel good about your purchase of TapScript AI. This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions to the Service operated by Priya Sangwan.
30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to your initial purchase of a paid plan.
How to request a refund
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles refunds. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, then follow the prompts to request a refund; or
- Contact Priya Sangwan through the support contact provided in the app and we will help you with your request through Paddle.
Please include your order ID or the email address you used at checkout so we can locate your purchase quickly.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method. It can take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer. Once a refund is issued, access to the associated paid features may end.
Cancelling future renewals
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or through Paddle's customer portal to stop future renewals. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and does not on its own trigger a refund — for a refund, submit a request as described above.
