Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of TapScript AI (the "Service"), operated by Priya Sangwan ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

TapScript AI generates personalised Emotional Freedom Technique ("EFT") tapping scripts based on inputs you provide. Scripts are for personal well-being and educational purposes only and are not medical, psychological, or crisis advice. If you are in crisis or need medical care, contact a qualified professional or emergency services.

2. Eligibility & account

You must be of legal age to enter a contract in your jurisdiction (or have parental consent), and if you use the Service on behalf of an organisation you confirm you have authority to bind it. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account, and you must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

  • use the Service unlawfully or for fraud, spam, or harassment;
  • infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights, or submit content you do not have the right to submit;
  • attempt to break, probe, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the security or integrity of the Service;
  • resell or redistribute the Service, or circumvent quotas, plan limits, or technical restrictions;
  • generate content that is illegal, harmful, or that we consider abusive of the Service, including attempts to jailbreak or misuse the AI features.

You are responsible for your prompts, how you use outputs, and verifying their accuracy before acting on them. Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and must not be relied on as professional advice.

4. Intellectual property

We (and our licensors) own the Service, including its software, models, branding, and documentation. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with your plan. Content you generate through the Service is yours to use for lawful personal purposes, subject to these Terms. You grant us a limited licence to host, store, and process your content solely to provide, secure, and improve the Service.

5. Payments & subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellations, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms, which apply to your purchase in addition to these Terms.

Paid plans renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout until you cancel. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your account or through Paddle's customer portal; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy.

6. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available and working well, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change, improve, or be discontinued.

7. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete your account data after a reasonable period.

8. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or lost goodwill. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Priya Sangwan operates, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts there, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
